By agreeing to be a volunteer member of The Design Review Panel pool, all Panel members agree to the following terms of reference:-
- Being a Panel pool member does not guarantee participation in a design review panel session.
- All Panel members agree the role is unpaid, furthermore participation in a design review panel session does not constitute employment, real or implied. A pre-set honorarium (pre-agreed before each session) will be paid in contribution towards your expenses including travel, parking etc.
- Lunch and refreshments will be provided when taking part in an in-person 4 hour in-person session.
- All Panel pool/Panel members are expected to adhere to the Terms of Reference set out on the Design Review Panel Website, by clicking here ...
- All Panel members agree to adhere to the Professional Standards & Code of Conduct as set out on the Design Review Panel Website on the following link : https://www.designreviewpanel.co.uk/copy-of-additional-terms-of-referen
- All Panel pool/Panel members agree to adhere to the 7 principles of public life as set out in the Nolan Report entitled ‘Standards in Public Life’.
- All Panel members will provide a high-resolution headshot photo of themselves that will be displayed on our website (www.designreviewpanel.co.uk) and other social media websites promoting the Panel, in the interest of openness and accountability.
- All Panel members will provide an up-to-date PDF copy of their CV, which may be shared publicly on The Design Review Panel website.
